Dream Asia Food Fest
As the Social Media Manager for Dream Asia Food Fest, I played a key role in driving digital engagement, audience growth, and cross-platform marketing for one of the U.S.'s largest cultural food festivals—held in Las Vegas Feb 2025 and coming to New Jersey in March. From strategy to execution, I spearheaded initiatives that amplified the festival’s reach, cultivated an engaged online community, and maximized attendance.
I led cross-functional marketing efforts, curating posting calendars, managing collaborations with 90+ vendors, 15+ performing artists, sponsors, and 120+ influencers to craft a cohesive, high-impact promotional campaign. Through strategic content planning, paid media execution, and influencer partnerships, our digital campaigns generated 2.3M views and 48.7K interactions per month, ultimately converting 45K+ attendees for the three-day festival.
Building the festival’s social media presence from the ground up, I grew its following from 0 to 8K+ organic followers in two months through platform-specific engagement strategies, and real-time audience interaction. I worked closely with editors, designers, and PR teams to maintain consistent brand storytelling and high-quality visuals.
Ahead of the festival, I developed the entire promotional content production plan, including video, photography, and short-form video scripts. On-site, I oversaw live content production, ensuring photographers captured key festival moments. I managed scriptwriting, asset coordination, and post-production, leading to the seamless rollout of 15+ promotional recap reels that extended the festival’s impact beyond the event itself.
By leveraging a data-driven approach to content strategy and engagement tracking, I positioned Dream Asia Food Fest as a must-attend event, strengthening its brand identity and driving sustained audience interest for future editions.
